How to do 100km when I had planned to do only 80, and under the rain preferably:
first in a village interpret a little quickly the zig-zag of a sign
then do not see a work sign and enter the bike path that ended in a dead end
go round in circles in the village looking for the house where we have to stay....

The journey had started well despite the rain. When I passed a recumbent bike I saw that it had a French flag and a European flag. We start talking and one thing led to another and we spent two and a half hours driving quite quietly. Sylvain has done a lot of bike rides in a lot of countries, he taught me tricks on the price of airplane bike packages and how to get the equipment to pack it for the flight in department stores. May be useful another time.
We ate together in a café in Riendlingen and then we continued separately because we didn’t go at the same speed.
It was not long after Riendlingen that I thought we hadn’t done the hard part. A lot of nice sized dimensions climbs and suddenly at the bottom of one of them a "20%" panel. Ow! Ow! I started to climb but after a few meters I stepped ashore and arrived all out of breath at the top of the hill. It was when we arrived in a small village called Datthausen, the place is marked with a bug, unlike the pictures that have a bike.
