So from Basel it was 100 km (and some), a little too much considering the weather conditions and the fact that it is constantly rising. So I ended up taking a train ticket to go out from Basel. I can’t get the bike ticket on the internet so I go to the station. A very nice employee accompanied me to the machine asked me to specify if my destination was Rheinfelden or Rheinfelden (Baden) (in Germany) and finally I got my two tickets.
In Basel or Rheinfeld, where I went down, ramps for bicycles, chairs or strollers are everywhere. We wonder what the SNCF is waiting for to do the same. She’s in the process of upgrading her stations, but I haven’t seen anything like it.
