So to leave you had to wait until the ferry started at 9am. I was his first and only customer. It is still cold and humid but quickly you can feel the sun that wants to pierce.

Looking at my map on the mobile I realize that there is again a passage of the Danube without bridge! I look better and indeed it is a ferryboat that is indicated. So I decide to take the bridge which is about ten kilometers before. I don’t regret it because this ferryboat was much less fun than the one I took in Untermühl (see photo)

First activity: refill the tires and oil the chain. Great! A bike repairman is open just on the way. I wait a little while, I swell up, I grease and it goes away without squealing.

Passage to Linz. I wanted to stop by but I don’t know if it would have been really good. I leave the Danube bicycle lane by the first bridge and enter the main street. There is a kind of fair with stands of all kinds. I don’t drag on, I go out by another bridge far enough away and that makes me cross the chemical zone of Linz... brrrrrr....

The rest of the trip is very flat, very nice places and the Danube is getting wider and wider and now... under the sun!
