Wind and slopes... but also a magnificent blue sky since the morning and the most beautiful views I have ever had on the course.
The view of the bay that I follow from above or up close most of the time.
But also the chapel of Sainte-Anne de la Palud. Very beautiful, close to the sea and a little isolated. The history of its name is interesting: in ancient times the people who lived there worshipped the goddess Ana, goddess of fertility (I think). A Catholic monk came to build a church in 500 and called it Saint Anne. Since then every year there are processions and people sing: "he who does not honour the mother of the virgin, that one is not from Lower Brittany"...
Then I go to Le Crozon, a village which is not extraordinary in itself...
Tomorrow, visit Camaret and the peninsula :)
the slopes, it’s getting seriously hilly !
